Primal Kitchen is your one-stop source for Paleo and Ketogenic-friendly foods and products. If you’re living the Paleo/Primal lifestyle you can now enjoy the convenience of prepared foods knowing they are Paleo/Primal approved. Founded by Mark Sisson, author of The Primal Blueprint, Primal Kitchen was designed to make it easy for those following the Paleo lifestyle to make following the plan in the modern era much easier. I especially enjoy their salad dressings, mayo, and unsweetened organic ketchup. Check out all the fine offerings and “eat like your life depends on it” at Primal Kitchen. Be sure to use coupon code: MARTYPRIMAL10 to get 10% off.
You’ll love the ease of ordering through Thrive Market and you’ll find their prices to be lower overall than if you bought the same products through their manufacturers websites or Amazon or at your local “healthy” market. All orders over $49 qualify for free shipping. Free shipping becomes really important especially when ordering heavy items that come in glass jars or tubs of powders. You save 20% automatically with your first three orders. Yes, there is a yearly membership fee, same as at Costco and Sam’s Club, but you get to try them out first before the membership fee kicks in. And once you’re on their email list, you’ll get offers for free items to try and additional promotional discounts. I’d love to know if you try ordering from Thrive Market and what you think. The food you’ll receive in your big Sun Basket box is stellar. They have a huge variety of menus from which to choose within every kind of food or diet preference you can imagine. I especially like them because they have a great Paleo option and not all of the home delivered food basket services do. If you let your subscription just continue, they send a whole new collection of food each week. Very convenient if you want a steady supply of food and don’t want to bother with poring over menus and making selections. But you can also skip any delivery you don’t want. Their website is so easy to use and so helpful. I love getting a shipment during the weeks of the month where I’m especially busy. That way I don’t even have to think about what to cook when I’m extremely busy. And for barely more than a dinner for two at Denny’s, you get really wholesome food. Of course, you gotta cook it and then clean up after but it’s worth it for the health benefits alone. With each box you get a new “cookbook” with all the recipes for all the food menus that week. It’s glossy and colorful and includes a picture of each finished dish. And what’s really cool is that you can just go out and buy the ingredients for any recipe in the book if you wanted to. I love this service for it’s convenience, quality and great taste. Check Out Sun Basket Here and Get a $40 discount on your first order..
Inside the pages of Paleo Magazine you’ll find a plethora of information about modern day primal living. There’s all kinds of scientific research (if you’re into that) along with advice about movement and fitness and food plus recipes in every issue. It’s one of the few magazines where you’ll also want to check out all the ads for primal products and services that you might want to use. When a new issue arrives I stop what I’m doing and take the time to look through it. The content always inspires me to keep living my primal lifestyle. Now, the hunting section I could do without, but it’s in there, too, for those who like that sort of thing. And since you’re here, if you use my link to buy a subscription you’ll save 10%.
